Fit up of a 1,300 square foot clinical space for Northwestern Medcial Center's (NMC) Urine Toxicology Clinic. The clinic is located on Lake Street in St. Albans, Vermont and is a witnessed urine toxicology site to monitor compliance with NMC's narcotic addiction protocols as well as reduce the risk of diversion in the community
